The house has 5 bedrooms, 2 of them with air conditioning, 5 bathrooms, large living room, large kitchen, front area, gourmet area, with barbecue and pool with deck, furnished house, garage for 4 cars, Wi-Fi, artesian well and reserve tank. Condominium with playground, all monitored by cameras, with night security, with doorman in front and in the back that gives access to the beach. Very safe. The space The house has a gourmet area with a barbecue and swimming pool. The house is a few meters from the beach and the condominium has a shower and bathrooms near the beach gate. Playground and beach safe for children. Guest access Pool Other things to note Pets are welcome :) It has well water and a reserve tank... we have no problem with lack of water!
