Nice private room in cozy apartment

I welcome you to my 110 m2 apartment bathed in light, with tasteful and warm decor. It is located at the foot of the tram (line A/Galin stop/less than 15 min from the city center). I provide you with a bright room with storage and a 140 cm bed. We will share the bathroom, kitchen, dining room, living room and loggia. If you would like to come with more than two people, please let me know. I have several rooms for rent. The space Thanks to the large southwest-facing openings, the apartment is very bright. It is located on the first and top floor of a small building, which makes it almost a house. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Ideal for visiting Bordeaux, thanks to the very close proximity of the tram (1 min walk), you will reach the city center in less than 15 min door to door. Guest access We will share the living room (25 m2), dining room and kitchen (32 m2) in which you can prepare your meals. I will leave available a shelf of the refrigerator and all the equipment necessary for cooking. You will also have access to the 12 m2 loggia which is very pleasant. Overlooking the living room, it is a privileged corner for relaxation. I'm not always home and two other rooms are for rent. Please note: there is no TV or Wi-Fi During your stay I remain at your disposal before and during your stay.
