Our cottage is ideally located to discover the wonders of South Ardèche. Balazuc is a 500-meter walk away (river access). The greenway is less than 1 km from the cottage. Also inquire about our bikes to explore the region. You have the option to use our sauna and jacuzzi (under conditions). Everything is there to spend a wonderful stay in Ardèche, with friends or family! APRIL 2024 PROMOTION!!!!!! The space Our cottage is equipped with trendy and modern furniture. A living room with kitchen is fully equipped (stocked with basic spices) and gives you access to the terrace. You will have a master suite with a 160 bed. A second bedroom includes a 140 bed and a 90 bed. A shared bathroom and a separate toilet. Guest access Very accessible parking for 4 vehicles Other things to note As mentioned, you can use our pool (sometimes shared). Use of the Jacuzzi is free if you stay at least 3 nights, otherwise we ask for an extra €30 even if there are several people (cash on the day of arrival). For a sauna session we ask for an extra €30.
