Kick back in this stylish space renovated in 2021 with available parking and a terrace. The apartment is just a 20min walk to the downtown area. There is a train stopping right next to the apartment that would take you in minutes to downtown. The apartment is in a new area where many young people and families live. It’s surrounded by restaurants, a supermarket, a pharmacy, a kid's playground, etc WIFI, air conditioning, heating, fully equipped kitchen are included. Private parking available. The space This renovated 75 m2 apartment includes a high-speed internet connection with Wi-Fi. All the apartment's rooms except the bathroom have windows facing the exterior. It is a two-bedroom apartment. The master bedroom has a double bed, two night tables, a big closet, two chairs, and a split AC and heating. The second bedroom has more closet storage, a single bed, and a small desk and office chair that can be used as an office or studying area. There is also a spacious bathroom with a big shower. We include a welcome set with shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner. There is also a hair dryer available for our guests and a towel warmer rack. The kitchen is an open space with the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, a Nespresso coffee maker, an Italian coffee maker, a milk frother, a microwave, an oven, a toaster, and a dishwasher. Plus all the cooking utensils you may need. We include a welcome package with some coffee and water for you. The living room also has a split AC and heating, and a Smart TV for you to access your Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime Video, HBOmax, and More! There is a private and very safe parking space in the basement of the same building available for you during your stay. Finally, there is also a small and private terrace in the apartment great for having a late drink at night.
