6-person apartment with pools-sauna beachfront

Comfortable apartment of 35 m2 for 6 people with large private terrace in modern residence in Moliets-Plage. Two swimming pools (one outdoor in full sun and one indoor heated), a sauna and a gym are at your disposal. You are in the heart of Moliets-Plage, everything is within walking distance: the beach is 300 m away, the golf course and the forest 400 m away, shops and restaurants within 100 m. All you have to do is enjoy the ocean and the benefits of the residence. The space New, comfortable and spacious 35 m2 apartment facing south on the ground floor. It overlooks a large private terrace lined with vegetation including a star jasmine that will perfume your summer evenings. The accommodation has a large living room (20 m2) with equipped kitchen, a cabin area at the entrance with 2 bunk beds, a master bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet. A large table with chairs in the living room will allow you to eat up to 6 people. A table and 6 chairs are also present on the terrace to enjoy the outdoors. The living room has a bench that easily converts into a double pull-out bed. A wardrobe in the bedroom and a large closet in the living room will allow you to store your belongings easily. Private wifi in the apartment. The 2 swimming pools as well as the sauna and gym are in the immediate vicinity of the residence (you are there in less than 30 seconds from the apartment) and are open from March 23 to the beginning of November (end of school holidays). Guest access Access to the residence is easy. There are several free and non-private parking lots right in front of the residence. If there is no more space, other places or parking lots are easily found next to Moliets. You will then find the key in a box upon arrival, which allows you to check in independently at the time of your choice. Everything is then done on foot in less than 5 minutes: the beach, golf, restaurants and shops. Check-in after 3 p.m., check-out before 11 a.m. please. Other things to note Guests have free access to the outdoor pool, indoor pool, sauna and gym from April to early November (winter closure from November 6 to March 22). In addition to the apartment's private terrace, a common garden in the residence with garden furniture is accessible to relax in the sun with the swimming pool next door. The residence has a laundry (€2.50 per washing machine) and a bicycle room accessible to all. Free private Wi-Fi. Linens are not provided, please allow an extra 25 per bed (per set of linens) for me to provide them, thank you.
