The Modern Victorian House

The Twilight Modern Victorian House is just a short ride to Columbus Downtown and it's famous Scioto Greenway walk. Visit the Brewery District and experience the long tradition of the local Columbus breweries. This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips, friends and family vacation or work travelers. The space This spacious house has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. It is located just a few minutes ride from Downtown Columbus. The first floor includes the living room with one couch, chair, coffee table, TV (full free access to Netflix, HBO MAX, Paramount+ and all other free streaming apps), original brick fireplace built in 1900, dining room with large dining table and half bathroom with washer and dryer available for guests. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, vinyl flooring, a keurig, glasses (wine, beer, whisky, coffee etc...) and it is fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans and silverware for your needs. We provide k cups, tea, sugar, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper and lots of spices. There is also a grill located in the back. On the second floor there are 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 full baths. The master bath includes double vanity and large bathing tub. First bedroom has a queen size bed and built in closet. Master bedroom has a king size bed, a built in closet and access to a Jack and Jill full bath. The last bedroom has one queen size bed and one full bed, large walk-in closet, small work desk and access to the Jack and Jill bath. The house has been recently renovated and has full central air system for heating and cooling. Extra towels are located at first floor(under the vanity in the restroom) and second floor(under double vanity in master bath, in the closet at first bedroom and in the closet at master bedroom). Guest access There is parking available in the backyard of the property. to get to the backyard with a vehicle, you need to go down to Cable Ave and make the first right into the alleyway. You can park in front of the wooden fence gates or you can open the gates and park inside the yard. Parking is also available on front street. Registration Details 2021-3420
