Lovely,cosy and quiet appartement & Air Con in all

My appartement is near République, Canal Saint, Martin, Goncourt. You will appreciate the appartement for the silence, the comfort the localizatio & the AIR CON. It is near the lively street of Oberkampf but without the inconvenience. The flat is very bright and very comfortable (high-quality bed). The flat is at the fifth and last floor without lift. You will see that is easy to do and once you are there you will appreciate to don’t have neighbour above. The Métros's lines are 2,3 & 11. The space Superb apartment on the 5th floor and top floor (no elevator). The kitchen opens onto a living room with a large comfortable sofa bed, a Scandinavian armchair and large TV (cable and highspeed internet). Beautiful kitchen with all cooking facilities (utensils, stove, oven, refrigerator, juicer, toaster, ...). The apartment includes a large bathroom with a nice shower and toilet. There is large window and a washer and dryer. A large bedroom with aircon is located upstairs with a king size bed very comfortable (high quality bed) . The room is very bright, without vis-à-vis and it is possible to stand as much of the room. Its location under the roof makes it a very quiet place to sleep. I provide sheets and towels but not necessary the soap. Guest access Fifth floor without lift but really easy to do. It is not big floor. Other things to note Thank you to respect the neighborhood, no noise in public areas. Thank you to respect the apartment and what is in it.
