Guest suite in Tybee Island

Take it easy at this unique & tranquil getaway. You will be close enough to the Tybee Island action while having dock access to launch a kayak. Spend the day at the beach or lounge by the pool. Enjoy the best sunrises with views of the lighthouse from your backdoor. You will have privacy in your 1 bedroom/1 bath suite equipped with a queen sized bed & a queen sized sleeper sofa; a full sized refrigerator & kitchenette. This suite will accommodate up to 4 people. STR# OTC-024053 The space This is the downstairs unit of a home with a private, separate entrance. The coffee maker is a Keurig. Please remember that this suite has a pool and is located on a deep creek. Make sure everyone in your party is able to swim well and is properly equipped with USCG approved life jackets. There is no lifeguard on duty. All guests will be swimming at their own risk. The host is not responsible for any injuries that may occur during guest stay. Guest access You will be 1.5 miles from public beach access (navigation apps will tell you 2.5 miles). The suite is not in a location where you can drive a golf cart to/from the beach. This is more of a quiet, residential area of Tybee Island, not a tourist area. You will need a car or you can pay $5 each way per person to travel anywhere on Tybee Island when using the Breezy Taxi Cab service. This suite is located 0.4 miles from The Original Crab Shack restaurant. Other things to note If you are interested in bringing your own boat to dock, please contact the host to inquire about docking fees. The pool and dock will close at 10pm daily. **There is small dog (40lbs) that lives on property and may be in the backyard at times. He is a very sweet puppy dog and his name is "Hank".
