Visit the zoo in Ueckermünde or the seaside resorts on the island of Usedom. The space A fully furnished apartment with a size of 100 m² is at your disposal. The apartment is located on the first floor of a two-family house, which was built in 2012. The apartment is comfortably furnished and has its own terrace. Here you can end the evening with a barbecue and a nice glass of wine. The apartment is tailored to the needs of a family with children. A high chair and a baby crib are provided. The living room contains a seating area with armchairs that can be converted into a reclining position with a flick of the wrist. From the living room you have a beautiful view of the church and the park directly opposite. Comfortable wardrobes are available in the bedrooms. You can also easily store winter clothing in the large closets. The bathroom offers a shower facility so you can choose to shower or bathe. All rooms, including the bathroom, have their own window shutters. The kitchen is very well equipped. In addition to a spacious fridge, a stove, oven, coffee maker, toaster and kettle are available. Pots and pans are sufficient and available in all sizes. The apartment has its own utility room, where you will find a washing machine, freezer and microwave. Guest access The apartment has a separate property with its own access and several parking spaces. The property is fenced and the terrace is equipped with a privacy screen. Popular excursion destinations such as the island of Usedom with its beautiful beaches or the Peenetal River Landscape Nature Park with many opportunities for hiking, cycling and animal watching are in the immediate vicinity. The Erdbeerhof in Koserow, the Ueckermünde Zoo or the summer toboggan run in Burg Stargard make the hearts of the little guests beat faster. The beach in Mönkebude and the surrounding natural lakes invite you to splash around. Cycling and hiking trails as well as a large bird sanctuary can be found right outside the front door.
