This beautiful apartment has with its big modern windows a lot of natural light all day long. The area and neighborhood are really quiet. It is located close to NTNU, the river Nidelva, the lake Theisendammen, the train station, and several bus stops. It is also located ten minutes away from the center of Trondheim. Included you have free parking. The apartment have a security door and is located at the ground floor (high first floor) of a really modern and calm building. The space The apartment is divided into several spaces: Livingroom: here there are a comfortable sofa that eventually can be converted into a sofa bed where two extra guests, for a total of four guests, can sleep. And don’t worry about the lightning, if you want to sleep or privacy, we have black-out curtains. In addition, there is a smart TV in HD with Netflix, YouTube, and other streaming services. Perfect for both adults and kids. Here you can also find an office table where you can study or do smart work/remote work. Also, thanks to our high-speed internet connection. The kitchen: is fully equipped with everything you can wish for: fridge, freezer, dish washer, coffee machine, microwave, owen, and an extendable dining table. Balcony: there is a private balcony with frameless retractable glass enclosure where you can enjoy the summer breeze, just relax reading a book, watch the northern lights, or just work on your phone while you enjoy the beautiful view over the city of Trondheim. There is a sitting group on the balcony consisting of a sofa, three chairs and a table. There are also a flower box there and small detail to create a cozy atmosphere. Bedroom: Has a comfortable bed with two wardrobes, two doors and a window with blacked out roller blind. Our special madras is perfect to sleep or rest after a long day. You will love it! Bathroom: Our modern bathroom includes mirror with LED lightning, heated floor, shower, toilet, washing machine, dryer machine and a hairdryer. A high-quality bathroom. Extras: The apartment has a heating system, free WIFI, and is equipped with sheets and towels, so you don’t have to worry and can keep yours in your house. No one is living in this apartment on the regular, so there are a lot of space for the guests to place their belongings. Partying and smoking are not permitted in the apartment or on the balcony. Guest access The apartment is on the ground floor (high first floor). You access it by entering the main entrance and take the floors or the elevator to the “second” floor. Then you walk out from the building through a big glass door, and you will face our beautiful backyard with plants and a little playground. From there you turn right, and it’s the apartment in the end of the building. You can also get to our apartment by walking on the paved road beside the building. Other things to note We have hosted many satisfied guests since April 2022, and we are looking forward to keeping doing so!
