Whether you’re sipping morning coffee or unwinding with an evening drink, the shared private garden is yours to enjoy. Washing machine and dryer are available ONLY for guests who stay 10 days or longer. Recently renovated (July 2022), the space blends style and comfort, creating a welcoming atmosphere for short or longer stays. Please note: The queen-size bed with a memory foam mattress sleeps two guests comfortably. There is also a sofa bed for extra flexibility. The sleeping and living areas are open-plan, separated by a partial wall (no door). Guest access The apartment overlooks a lovely private garden shared by building residents. While there’s no direct access from the apartment, you can reach it easily via the building’s internal stairs. A folding table and chairs are provided so you can enjoy meals or a drink surrounded by greenery, birdsong—and even three friendly turtles who love fruits and veggies! A peaceful urban oasis, perfect for relaxing. Other things to note Please note that the tourist tax in Trieste is €2 per person per day and is collected upon arrival. The tax applies only to the first 5 days of your stay. As required by Italian law, I will also need a copy of your ID for registration with the local police. The apartment is located on the ground floor, accessible via 9 steps from the main entrance. All windows face the building’s quiet and secure inner courtyard, offering peace and privacy.
