Your guest suite is located on the 2nd floor of our apartment unit. Your private bathroom is located off the living area and features a tub and shower. In your bedroom is a large walk-in closet that conveniently keeps your luggage stored out of the way during your stay. Right off the bedroom is the open concept living and kitchen area, where guests have full access to the kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, sink, kettle, electric range, and coffee maker. The kitchen has a dining bar with seating and a separate dining table and bench. The sofa can be set up as a full bed. The apartment can comfortably accommodate 4 guests (2 adults / 2 children - though we can only advertise as 2 persons listing due to NYC regulations. It is perfect for visiting families, remote workers, or grandparents visiting their grandchildren. We're less than a mile from the subway and about 35 minutes from lower Manhattan, 45 minutes to Times Square and Rockefeller Center. 15 min train ride to Barclays Center, Brooklyn Academy of Music & Atlantic Center Mall, and 20 min by bus. Prospect Park, Brooklyn Botanic, Grand Army Plaza just 2.1 miles away. Guest access Guests have access to the entire space including the backyard. This is an open-concept floor plan. The living room has a sofa, chair, and bar stools. A big screen TV for streaming. A fully stocked kitchen if you want to prepare meals. This space was recently renovated with brand-new furniture, appliances, a kitchen, and a bathroom. SMART TVs in the bedrooms and 65-inch in the sitting area. We offer on-site parking with approval from the host. We also have a lot of street parking. Please observe the street parking rules which are located on the street poles. Other things to note This is the East Flatbush area of Brooklyn, also known as "Little Caribbean". The area is mostly a Caribbean, American neighborhood. It is within walking distance of lots of take-out restaurants serving American, Caribbean, Chinese, and Italian food. You can take a bus or uber to Flatbush Junction where you will find shopping and popular restaurants such as Italian food, Applebee's Grill, Bake, and things, Picky Eaters, and much more.
