The complex has a private security with 24 hour concierge, with 4 swimming pools and beautifully landscaped grounds, with ponds, fountains, streams and stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea, Gibraltar and the Atlas mountains of Morocco. La Hacienda del Senorio Cifuentes provides sun loungers and deck chairs (with curtains for privacy). Three pools are closed in winter, but the panoramic heated pool is open all year round. The spacious living room has a dining area for and a sofa for six people. From the living room there is an access to the master bedroom with a double bed, with the built-in wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom with a bath, bidet and double washbasin. From this bedroom and the living room there is direct access to the south-west facing terrace. The huge, covered terrace has stunning views over Estepona and Gibraltar, as well as the Med and Atlas Mountains in Morocco. The terrace is equipped with a dining table for six and a seating area with sofas and sun loungers. You can enjoy the sun all day! Second bedroom has two single beds and built-in wardrobes. The bedroom has a separate bathroom with a toilet, a washbasin and a shower. The apartment has a fully equiped kitchen, including a washing machine, a dishwasher, a fridge, a stove, and a microwave. The apartment has an air conditioning which generates both hot and cold air. Guest access The apartment complex is in a quiet, elevated location, yet close to great nightlife in Puerto Banus (15 minutes away), where fine restaurants and designer brand shops are located. The apartment complex is only 8 minutes away from the cosy, small and typically Spanish town of Benahavis, where you will find over 40 excellent restaurants including Michelin starred restaurants. The sophisticated resort of Marbella is about 20 minutes away, where you can enjoy the fantastic shopping area, the famous Orange Square, and the beautiful beaches. San Pedro is a very Spanish town filled with a taste of Spain just 10 minutes from the complex. You can walk along San Pedro Paseo Marítimo beach. The apartment complex is conveniently situated 10 mins away from the highway which you can use to travel to Ronda (60 minutes), Málaga (65 minutes away), Gibraltar (65 minutes), Tarifa (75 minutes away), and other cities.
