Because there is an active dam less than a mile and a half downstream, entering the River from our property (ie. for swimming, boating, kayaking, paddle boarding, ice skating etc.) is strictly prohibited, at all times. However, we do welcome you to walk down and enjoy the view from shore! We also welcome you to obtain a valid fishing license through the State of New Hampshire to take advantage of some of the best fishing around. There are a total of 8x Ring recording devices on the exterior of the House (3x on the Garage, 1x on the front of the House, 1x on the left side of the House, 1x on the right side of the House, and 2x on the back of the House). These recording devices are monitored for Guest and Host safety and security purposes. Please do not block or attempt to alter any of these devices for any reason, at any time. Doing so will result in the immediate cancellation of your stay (without reimbursement) and eviction from the property.
