Lovely, cosy seaside retreat tucked away close to the heart of Cromer town. This 3 storey cottage includes private parking and is situated a stones throw away from Cromer's shops, pubs and beaches. The cottage is furnished to a high standard and is equipped with a double sided woodburner for cozy winter nights. Enjoy spending time in our third floor snug room perfect for guests to relax. Often described as a tardis with lots of character, this quaint cottage has a lot to offer. The space The entrance provides a warm welcome, complete with double sided woodburner (available to use from October to May). On one side the dining area has seating for 4 guests and on the other a carpeted lounge with a large window providing lots of natural light and a lovely cozy feel - Put your feet up and relax on the large sofa or arm chair in front of the 43 inch flat screen smart TV. The newly fitted kitchen is fully equipped with all your kitchen supply needs including washing machine, fridge freezer, electric oven with gas hob, coffee machine and microwave. The master bedroom features a lovely king size bed with high quality bedding for a comfortable nights sleep. The room also is equipped with a smart TV, full length mirror, a wardrobe and chest of drawers, giving you generous clothing storage options during your stay. The second bedroom has 3 ft x 6 ft 3in bunk beds suitable for both children and adults. A chest of drawers is also provided for storage. The bathroom is upstairs on the first floor and boasts a newly fitted suite complete with over bath shower (rainfall head), heated towel rail and electric shaver/ toothbrush socket. And finally on the third floor you will find our unique and quirky snug room . You can use this space to play games, read books, watch tv or simply take in the unique view of Cromer Church relaxing on the comfy seating provided. There is a selection of activities, games and books for all ages . Please note this is a 3 storey cottage which has steep stairs and may not be suitable for mobility impaired guests. We have minimised risk to small children where possible by installing retractable child safety gates. Check in is 4pm and check out is 10am. Hire push bikes are available on request contact for further information Guest access There are 2 off-road parking spaces included directly in front of the cottage. Sensor lights and a hand rail will guide you down the three steps to the front door. Other things to note Please note the stairs at the property are steep with one bannister rail to support. Please consider if this is suitable for you and your party prior to booking. 1 basket of wood for the woodburner in the months between October and May will be included with your booking. Extra wood is available in the shed outside. Each additional bucket is £5 please leave money on table at checkout.
