The space The home is in the middle of several large neighborhoods in the Rocky Hill area, so there are plenty of residential roads to walk/run on. Like most of Knoxville, you will need a car to get around. Very nice, safe, peaceful area, which is close to everything. Rocky Hill is near the Northshore Drive and Morrell Road Intersection -- near Forrest Brook Neighborhood. Close to downtown, West Knoxville, UT. I lived there myself years ago, and think it is one of the best locations in Knoxville. Guest access Large Driveway and One Car Garage and Garage Door Code provided. Entire house and yard are part of the property. There are no other occupants. Other things to note Never any smoking, small/medium pets allowed, but must be approved in advance. Review responses: We didn't know the bed was low, but added risers under the frame. This will be done when it is next unoccupied. The bathrooms were remodeled a few years ago -- new sinks/toilets. The shower/bath is original, but it has a surface refinish in 2022. As for the two vs three bedroom comment; the home has always been a two bedroom home, as it is listed on the listing.
