Charming flat near Eiffel Tower

I'm leaving my apartment for a while to travel or visit family. It's very functional and cozy. Located in a lively and safe neighborhood with many shops and restaurants, it's also very bright and quiet as it faces a courtyard. It's close to the Champ de Mars, the Eiffel Tower, and Les Invalides. Very well connected by public transport (Metro lines 6, 8, 10 and bus). The sofa bed is new (it was replaced on 20/04/26 following damage caused by a tenant). Registration Details 7511505956957
