Situated high in the trees, our exclusive Witzig architecturally designed lakefront Wooloweyah home, will have you feeling like you’ve escaped from the world, yet with the convenience of Yamba’s CBD only 8minutes away and 5 minutes to Angourie Point. The space Cool off and unwind around the pool, or grab a book and stretch out on a day bed on the treetop back deck overlooking Lake Wooloweyah. The property includes 3 bedrooms, 1x Queen Room, 1x King Room and 1x Single Room with rollout trundle. Sleeping 6 - ideally 4 adults and 2 children. Guest access Neighbourhood access and parking is not a problem. Street and driveway parking is always available, however the garage will not be available to guests. Other things to note A typical stay in our Wooloweyah tree house might involve any or all of the following: - an early morning surf at one of our local hidden beaches, Angourie back beach, Greenpoint or Angourie’s Spookie beach or The Point. - Perhaps you’d prefer a bush walk? Also only 5 minutes away is Yuraygir National Park, home or one of NSW most stunning coastal walks. - feeling more energetic, launch the kayak in the back yard, and go exploring in the lake. Also boat ramp access only a few hundred metres away. - have a hit of tennis on the community tennis court - ride the push bikes into Yamba or Angourie - throw a fishing line in from the back yard, kayak or boat.
