Three generous windows open the view to treetops on the pretty Lessingplatz. In winter, the fallen leaves reveal a view of a nice street. Distant voices and church bells (from 7.15 am) sound almost village-like. You can sleep peacefully with the windows open. The new windows are triple-glazed, by the way. We also renovated the bathroom, we didn't want to give up the charm of the tiles from the 70s, including the green bathtub and the washbasin. For space reasons, we put the washing machine in a separate room in the basement. Other things to note The washing machine is located in a laundry room in the basement. Only four residents of the house have their own key and thus access to this room, which can only be reached from the ground floor via stairs.
