It has been fully refurbished and combines modern scandi design with vintage decor, and features original fittings like the Edwardian porch, exposed pine floorboards, fireplaces and tiles. My partner and I live here so it comes with all amenities - modern open plan kitchen with oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, state of the art espresso machine, washer and dryer and a smaller high top table and chairs. The house features a very large living room and open plan area with large bay windows and french doors into the garden providing plenty of light, a large wooden dining table, chairs and a large sofa. The kitchen area opens onto a private garden with bamboo walls. Guests will have the entire place including the garden. En suite loft double bedroom + work space: The loft bedroom comes with an en-suite bathroom, private working desk and a double bed with a high-quality firm mattress. Front double bedroom on the first floor: The double bedroom comes with a private bathroom on the same floor, a double bed with a high-quality firm mattress and an original Edwardian fireplace that dates from 1908. Rear double bedroom on the first floor: The double bedroom comes with a private shower room on the ground floor, a double bed with a high-quality firm mattress and an original Edwardian fireplace that dates from 1908. It also has a private desk to work. Soap, shampoo and body wash provided. Guest access Parking is free outside the hours of 830a - 730p Mon to Saturday. If you have a car, we can get you day passes for £3/day, please send us your license plate, number of days and the payment ahead of time. Other things to note We are an eco friendly household, so please remember to: (1) separate trash/rubbish - food/perishables go into a small grey bin under the kitchen sink. Recycleables go into the large red bin. Non recycleables go into the medium sized grey bin under kitchen sink. (2) please be mindful to water usage when washing or cleaning. Please turn off the water faucet / tap when not using it (3) please turn off lights when not in room
