Ideal location, quiet, bright, a "stone's throw" from the beaches, shops, a nautical club, Place de l'Etang (restaurants, petanque), served by Palm Impérial bus, 20-minute walk from the Palais des Festivals. Living room (double sofa bed), bedroom (closed or open with movable partition)/double bed, extra bed (child-teen), open kitchen, Italian shower. The space The apartment has been fully renovated. The original floor, in marble and braire enamels (kitchen) has been kept. The balcony-terrace on the living room side on the street, enjoys an exposure to the East, the balcony-terrace on the bedroom side, shower room (Italian shower) on gardens with an exposure to the West, the kitchen window open to the entrance is to the South. The movable partition of the room allows for an open or closed space (see photos). The roller shutters are electric and the blinds (changed in 2022) too. Other things to note I am not against hosting young people (maximum 4 / the extra bed is more for a child) but it is important to know that there are full-time residents in the building, on the same floor and on the floor above and below. There should therefore be no noise, especially at night (on the balcony terraces, voices "carry") or noisy comings and goings at any time. In addition, we respect water and are used to showering at the beach and rinsing sandals and swimsuits before taking a shower "a casa". Finally, smoking is only possible outdoors and garbage cans must be emptied before departure. No private garage but parking is free throughout the neighborhood.
