The Cats' House /Suite Superior/200m praia

Feel at home on one of the best beaches in Floripa, north of the island - Daniela, calm and clean sea. Large suite (25m²) with air-conditioning, wifi, TV (Chromecast) minibar, in colonial/rustic style guest house, inspired by cat café, 200m from the beach, 4km from the trendy Jurerê beach. Guests can enjoy the other areas of the house: barbecue grill, game room, full kitchen, living/dining room, balcony. Free parking. Fill in the number of guests for prices. The space Spacious house surrounded by native forest, located at the end of the street in a calm and quiet neighborhood. Sea of placid, clean and warm water. Comfortable suite located on the second floor of the house, with air-conditioning, fan, clothes rack and hangers, flat-screen TV and 4 single box beds, which can be converted into two Super Queen size double beds. Private bathroom inside the room. Access can be via external or internal stairs. The layout of the rooms is as follows: On the first floor, there are 3 guest rooms, and other shared areas: a large living/dining room, kitchen, service area/laundry, balcony with barbecue, a washbasin and beach shower (outdoor). On the second floor, we have the en-suite in question, and other shared areas: living room and game room (a professional pool table and a poker table). This floor also has my private en-suite and kitchen. Guest access Guests can access and enjoy all the shared areas described above, observing the house rules. During your stay I will be available to help guests, give tips, guidance and suggestions on where to go for fun, food and the best places to visit according to individual preferences, but I usually let guests feel at home. Other things to note The house is very close to the beach, the location makes it very easy to come and go from the beach. There is a restaurant that is three blocks from the house, economical lunch, Dó Ré Mi restaurant, homemade food and salad. On the same beach, there is also the German's restaurant, and others, with the same range of values. There is also a market, VT, very close by. Guests are free to prepare their own breakfast, and they can buy whatever they prefer in a nearby market.
