Come and stay in our beautiful 100 m² AIR-CONDITIONED apartment, 2 steps from the historic city center of Colmar. The modern and cozy decoration was entirely done by us. This accommodation has a large bright living room with a dining room and a living room, with 3 bedrooms for a total capacity of 7 people Ideal for families or groups of friends. 2 free parking spaces in the property's courtyard. The space Very spacious and AIR-CONDITIONED 100 m² apartment completely renovated in 2021 in the attic of a mansion. The 40 m² living and dining room is ideal for relaxing after long visits to our beautiful region. You will find a flat-screen TV, with all cable channels as well as free Wi-Fi. There are 2 large bedrooms: 1 large 20 m² master suite equipped with a queen size bed (160 x 200) with a wall cabinet. 1 bedroom of 15 m² equipped with a double bed (140 x 200) with a storage cabinet. 1 bedroom of 10 m² equipped with a single bed (90 x 200 cm) with a dressing room and storage furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, stove, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, raclette machine, fondue machine). A beautiful bathroom consisting of a bathtub, a storage cabinet equipped with a sink, a second storage cabinet, a washing machine, a hairdryer and bath linen provided. We can provide you with folding cribs with sheets and a blanket, as well as high chairs (upon request and availability). Please note that the maximum capacity of the apartment is a total of 7 people, baby included. Pets are allowed on request (pets under 15 kg and non-dangerous) with an additional charge of 30 euros per stay and per pet. Pets should never be left alone in the apartment. This apartment is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, shishas and any other smoking device is prohibited. Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of 250 euro extra cleaning fee. Bed and bath linen (1 large and 1 small towel per person) as well as standard final cleaning at the end of the stay are included in the price. This includes changing bed linens, general cleaning of the apartment and bathrooms. However, it is your responsibility to clean and store the dishes, take out the garbage (in bags at your disposal), empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave as well as tidy up inside the apartment. If you don't want to take care of this, you can order a supplement called "a complete cleaning" of the apartment for 30 euros before your arrival. In the absence of prior booking of this option, and in case of non-compliance with these guidelines, penalties of 60 euro cleaning fee will be charged. Guest access The listing is located on the 2nd floor of a mansion. Check-ins are via a lockbox, which is to the left of the front door. Check-in is from 3pm.
