Beautiful Living Spaces The house is majestic and elegant with It's columned entrance and 20 ft vaulted ceilings. Accommodating 8-10 Guests in Total There are three bedrooms on the upper level which will comfortably accommodate 6 guests. The first level has a living room, spacious patio, and outdoors a lawn and gardens. It has a kitchen and living room with a dining table. There is one bedroom and a pull-out sofa bed for extra guests. 4 Bedrooms (3 Queen-Size Beds, 1 Double-Bed) 5th Bedroom in detached cottage (Queen) *Please enquire for use of the cottage Pull-Out Couch (first level & upper level living area) 3 Bathrooms (with Showers) A private detached cottage serves as an extra (5th) bedroom. All areas have direct access to the pool and pool-side deck. Location The Great House is a 10 minute walk down the hillside to the beach of Marigot Bay, as well as the restaurants, the grocery/liquor store, a bank, a dive shop and more. There are water sport activities at the beach such as; pedal boat, kayak, and Hobie cat rentals, a designated swimming/snorkeling area, as well as Complementary beach chairs for all guests.
