Our apartment is situated in the Minerva complex close to Bonanza Square. The apartment is only a 5 min walk to the popular Parque de la Paloma and a 10-minute walk to Santa Ana beach. The apartment sleeps up to 4 guests - one double bed and one large sofa bed. The living/dining area is bright and airy with lots of kitchen space and a full-size dining table to seat 4 people. The large sofabed seats 4 people and when transformed into a bed, it has an additional mattress for extra comfort. There is an aircon unit with hot/cold function and a fan to regulate temperature although it's quite a cool apartment. The apartment is also equipped with a large 43" Samsung Smart TV, so you can login in to your Netflix account, Amazon Prime, Youtube, Apple TV, or Disney Plus if you have one. In the bathroom, there is a walk-in double shower with excellent water pressure and a large light-up mirror with anti-mist. The under-sink cupboard has lots of space for toiletries and there is a hairdryer for guests. The bedroom features a very comfortable 150x200 bed, along with an aircon unit. There is a double fitted wardrobe and a additional large wardrobe. Sheets and towels are provided. The bedside sockets have USB adapters, so you can charge your phone at night. The kitchen is fitted with an oven, induction hob, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee machine with a selection of pods, toaster, freezer/fridge, kitchen utensils, pots/pans, dishes/cutlery, and kettle. There is a washing machine in the utility cupboard along with an iron/ironing board and general cleaning products. There are beach towels for guests to use, a cool box and parasol. Outside you have a large balcony which seats four people. It gets the sun from morning to early afternoon. * Pool You can access all the swimming pools and the large garden. The large pool is open from June to September ONLY. But the smaller pools are open all year. You can rent sunbeds for 4 euros per day during the Summer months. * Parking Free communal parking Guest access To get to the apartment from Malaga Airport, you can get the C1 train to Arroyo de la Miel. It takes about 20 minutes and then about 10 minutes from the train station to the apartment on foot. A taxi from Malaga Airport will take around 25 minutes depending on traffic.
