Townhouse in Floirac

The room I offer is in my detached house with terrace and garden. It is a quiet neighborhood, 5 minutes from the ARENA, 10 minutes from Saint-Jean train station, and 20 minutes from the center of Bordeaux by car or bike. The house is non-smoking. Respect for property and people is the priority for the comfort of all in this house because the bathrooms are attached to the 2 bedrooms. Meals will be eaten outside. Check-in is before 9 p.m., after that it will not be possible. The space The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet that we will share. Please respect this place and the reasonable time for morning preparation. Guest access Whenever possible, I will give you the keys and the various explanations. In the event that I cannot be there, I will give you access to the key box in the garden. But check-in is before 9:00 p.m. because sleep and rest are important to me. So no noise at night! If you arrive by plane in Bordeaux, only book this accommodation with an arrival at the airport around 4 p.m. During your stay The guest must have a phone line in order to quickly exchange by SMS. Check-in must be before 7:00 p.m. Other things to note It's easier for me to quickly communicate by SMS or by phone. Guests without a phone line cannot communicate with me. This room is convenient for a student, or an independent person, visiting Bordeaux, or working near Floirac. Access to the train station or city center is by bus + TRAM, allow 30/45 minutes.
