If you are staying longer than 21 days the owners will be there to greet you personally. If you are staying 28 days or longer there is a personal guided tour of the house and a lease to sign. It’s Walking distance to shopping plazas and restaurants with Lake Erie being a few blocks away! If you want beach access it’s free and just a short 6 min. Drive to Euclid Beach. Parking in the Driveway is a must!!!! No street Parking. The 2 car garage is usable!!! Other things to note 1. Please take shoes off at the door. 2. This is a Smoke-Free environment. No smoking on the property. 3. Absolutely No Pets!!!!! 4. No Parties allowed Neighbors will call police!! 4. Breaking of house rules does result in fines and/or eviction. 5. If you use the dishes please wash them 6.The garage is useable for parking 2 vehicles No street parking. 7. The Lake View is within walking distance to the north of the house about 3 blocks. 8.Anything damaged, stained, broken or missing will result in a fine being assessed. 9.
