Casa Halago is ideal for relaxing, having a great time and working from home comfortably (with good internet). Super spacious & comfortable to accommodate up to 13 people. Lakefront with a great view and direct access to the lake! Garden, terrace, pool & kiosk w/grill, ALL facing the lake & 100% private. We are in SAN GIL, a residential & Golf Club with a lake, nature, quiet & safe. Excellent location: close to vineyards, Tequis, Bernal, SanJuandelRío, QRO & 2h from CDMX. The space Unbeatable location - facing Lake San Gil, with a +70-meter frontage and direct access to the lake to enjoy its views at any time. We recommend contemplation for total relaxation ;) The garden is huge, great for jogging, playing, yoga &/or enjoying the sun and relaxing without a look. Everything, facing the lake. You can enjoy it a lot at any time! The terrace is great for relaxing & socializing; quite spacious, with a very good view of the garden and lake. We recommend having breakfast, snacking, eating, saying "Cheers!", having dinner, playing a board game, enjoying a coffee/tea, as well as working and spending time together at your leisure. Time will fly enjoying there ;) The kiosk, which also overlooks the lake and garden, has a barbecue. A good place to enjoy some time while the barbecue is being prepared, yeah! The pool, which is a very good size and overlooks the lake, is at room temperature, making it very enjoyable in hot weather and/or sunny days. We have several chairs like beds & half-bath in the pool area, for extra comfort. The spaces of the house give a lot of freedom & tranquility because they are very spacious, comfortable & with good privacy. Good internet/wifi throughout the house and nearby outdoors (terrace & parts of garden & pool). Most of the rooms (4) are on the ground floor, making them very comfortable and accessible. They have a full bathroom, 2 of them have direct access to 1 bathroom, which has 2 sinks for added convenience. The main room is upstairs, it is very spacious & has a desk for working with peace of mind & privacy. Your private balcony is a special place to disconnect from the rest of the house, from where you can enjoy a great view of the lake and the golf course. The room has a very large private bathroom. In total, the 4 rooms on the ground floor have 11 single beds. Only the master bedroom (top floor) has 1 King Size. The kitchen is very practical as it is attached to the terrace & also has a nice view of the garden, lake & pool. Very well equipped, with everything you need to cook like at home. Also, annex to the kitchen we have 1 extra room (2 single beds & full bathroom) for the support/cleaning staff that our guests decide to bring; it is next to the kitchen (laundry/zotehuela area). If required, we ask that you notify us at the time of booking to inform you of the additional cost. Next to the kitchen is the dining room where you can enjoy long desks. It has 14 chairs & trench. The TV room & the cantina we love it since they form a very comfortable space to watch a movie, talk & from there jump to the cantina to share a coqueto drink & continue the chorcha. The entire house & its facilities are 100% private, not shared with anyone. The parking lot (private) can accommodate 4-5 cars without a problem. The arrival/check-in is automated. Before your arrival we will share the instructions for you to access on your own, facilitating your arrival time. IMPORTANT to remember: *Must be 25 years old or older to book *We do not accept pets *No events/parties allowed *No smoking inside the house (only outdoors) San Gil is a super cool, private, quiet & 24/7 secure subdivision. The walks, jogging and/or bike rides are very enjoyable, as well as watching sunrises & sunsets (with coffee or tea in hand) because we usually have very beautiful skies. Within San Gil there are services such as: mini-supermarket, greengrocer/fruit shop, butcher shop, laundry/dry cleaner, several restaurants (some with home delivery) & children's playground. It has everything to avoid going out, although San Juan del Río is a 10-minute drive away (La Comer, shopping center with Liverpool, movie theaters, etc.). The Golf Club is private, although you can play by paying the corresponding green fee. It is a very nice 18-hole course. Reservations are made directly with the Club. Looking forward to sightseeing? San Gil is close to several attractions: *San Juan del Río (10 minutes) *Several vineyards, with Cava57 being the closest (5 min) *Querétaro (25 min) *Tequisquiapan (35 minutes) *Peña de Bernal (45 min) Getting to Casa Halago is easy, San Gil is on the side of the highway (direction) Mexico - Querétaro. Passing the main booth of the subdivision, you quickly reach the house. Guest access The golf course can be used by paying the corresponding green fee. *One Day Pass Cost & reservation are made directly with the Club *Thursday: the Club has a good deal (2 green fees + 1 golf cart for $2,500 pesos) *The Club recommends booking 24 hours in advance to confirm availability San Gil prohibits walking, biking and/or any non-golfing activity within the course; doing so is dangerous for guests and golfers. The same applies to any other property, court and/or vacant lot within San Gil as they are private property. The Casa Club San Gil restaurant is public, the rest of the Club facilities are private and only accessible to Members. Other things to note Important considerations about Casa Halago: -Ideal for comfortably hosting 13 people*. Therefore, we do not allow inflatable mattresses, mats, sleeping bags, extra beds, or guests sleeping elsewhere (living room, hallways, or gardens in tents). *Plus a maximum of 2 additional people in the room attached to the kitchen for the support/service staff that our guests decide to bring. If you need to use this room, please let us know at the time of booking in order to share the cost per night. -Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the house, it is only allowed outdoors (terrace, gardens, etc.) by placing cigarette butts/ashes in ashtrays. Violating this rule will result in a $5,000 pesos fine to be paid by the guest. -We do not allow pets. Ignoring this rule will result in a fine of $5,000 pesos. -Campfires only allowed in the kiosk grill (firewood not included). It is forbidden to make them in any other part of the house (gardens and/or outdoors/indoors). Also & for the safety of people & home, the fireplace is disabled, it cannot be used. Ignoring this rule will result in a fine of $5,000 pesos. -We do not allow parties/events, and it is forbidden to rent external services for furniture, food banquets, DJs and/or musical groups of any kind, waiters, inflatables, mechanical games, etc. Breaking this rule will result in us kindly asking you to vacate the property immediately & the payment made for the stay will not be refunded. Airbnb will also be notified simultaneously about what happened & take action on the matter. - Quiet gatherings of guests are welcome, as long as the rules of Casa Halago are respected, as well as the tranquility & healthy coexistence of the other residents/neighbors of San Gil. In order to live in harmony with the residents, we require that the volume of music, conversations, and noise in general be kept at a moderate level during the day and at a minimum level after 10:00 PM (inside & outside the house, every day of the week). In the event of any complaints from neighbors, San Gil will apply fines to the guest ranging from $5,000 to $10,000 pesos. -San Gil values & cares for its community, so if there are claims/complaints from neighbors for inappropriate behavior, excessive alcohol consumption in open and/or public areas, cars obstructing entrances to other properties and/or any other disrespectful behavior towards neighborly harmony, we will kindly ask you to vacate the house and the reservation payment will not be refunded. -Like any private community, San Gil has regulations aimed at maintaining a healthy coexistence. We will share it in digital format. We ask you to take 5 minutes to read it and thus enjoy it to the fullest, without setbacks, fines, misunderstandings, etc. It is the responsibility of each guest to know the rules of San Gil and Casa Halago.
