Within easy reach from Ettalong & Umina to Pearl Beach, Terrigal and other great spots The space From the moment you drive through the automated gates you realise nothing is a problem. Just park in your under cover car park. The beachfront Central Coast property has 2 bedrooms, fast wifi, newly fitted out kitchen, laundry, air conditioning and fans in both bedrooms, built in robes, undercover parking and TVs in the lounge and 1 bedroom. The property has level access with no stairs. There is a large lounge air conditioned with TV and comfortable furniture with views to the ocean just across the road. Walk out of the sliding doors into a beautiful sheltered courtyard with outdoor seating and a BBQ. The kitchen has new appliances with granite bench tops. Down the hallway to a lovely bathroom with walk in shower, vanity and toilet. The first bedroom is a lovely bright room with queen bed, side tables, ceiling fan and wall to wall built in wardrobe with a TV built in. Mind you, you probably won’t care about all the nice things with the beach just across the road! Guest access The apartment is yours to enjoy and the host will meet you on arrival and are available when needed for a seamless experience! Access is all too easy with automated gates giving privacy and security. There is undercover parking and the front door has level access with no stairs. Outside of the apartment you have some of the best beaches on the Central Coast right on your doorstep. From here you can explore local places of interest or easily go further afield to other spots of interest around 'the Coast' Other things to note Level access with no stairs. Hosts will meet you on arrival and are available any time you need them. Small, house-trained dogs are welcome! You will find during your stay that everything is so close. Wander down to Umina for breakfast at one of the many cafes and eateries. Umina Beach is serviced by all the major supermarkets including Coles, Woolworths and Aldi. Friday night live music at the Umina Surf Life Saving club is also highly recommended. There really are options aplenty! For lunch you could take a small 15 minute drive to Patonga, a quant fishing village with its iconic boathouse restaurant. The evening meal could be catered for at Ettalong Beach Village where there is a range of fine dining restaurants such as the Box on the Water, with stunning views. During the weekend, Ettalong is host to a bustling market with its many stores and food options. If you need some time out of the sun there is also a great movie complex with all the latest movies. Within walking distance there is a bowling club, memorial club, two fine hotels, and two surf clubs. If you like golf, the Everglades Country Club is less than 10 minutes drive or drive up to Mangrove Mountain to a couple of excellent courses. You might also wander down to the wharf and catch the ferry for a wonderful day trip over to Palm Beach, which is less than 30 minutes away. To sum up, everything is at your fingertips – you can live as fast or as slow as you like – whether you want a day or swimming, fishing, surfing, kayaking, boating (a boat hire place is literally around the corner for exploring Brisbane Waters) or visit all that the central coast has to offer.
