This bright, clean riverfront apartment is only 12 minutes from Downtown Charlottetown or the QE Hospital, making it a great choice for Travel Nurses. You'll be close to the city and also only 10 minutes from Kinlock Beach or 25 minutes from Blooming Point or Dalvay. We are 1 hour from the Confederation Bridge and 40 minutes from the Ferry Terminal. The space The in floor heat will keep your feet toasty while the heat pump will keep you cool in the summertime. There is one spacious bedroom plus a pull out couch in the large living room. There is a fully stocked kitchen and the hosts are just upstairs if there is anything missing that you need. You can watch a large variety of birds and may see a fox or two. It's a nature lover's haven, really close to the city. Guest access There is a long, L-shaped driveway to access the property. There is one parking spot assigned to the guest suite. Take the stairs along the side of the house down to the back door and use your unique access code to unlock the door.
