Guest access Guests have access to all inside and outside spaces of the villa, open plan living room, kitchen, dining room, 3 en-suite bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, private heated pool and Jacuzzi with children section, garden, and many more. Other things to note ✔ Welcome service. We will wait for you at the villa for the check-in whenever you arrive. ✔ A welcome pack. Upon arrival, some basic goods await you in the villa. ✔ The heating of the pool is offered on request, with an extra charge of 350 euro/week,which you pay in cash upon arrival.(The highest temperature that the pool can reach when it is heated is 24-26 degrees Celsius, depending on the outside temperature). For the year 2026, the cost for pool heating will be €490 per week. ✔ All taxes of the Villa for the stay time are included in the price except environmental fee 15.00euro per day(April-October) and 4.00euro per night(November-March)which you pay in cash upon arrival. ✔ Free WiFi, electricity, hot water, air-conditioning cooling, or heating. ✔ Cleaning service is offered every three/four days. (minimum stay one week) ✔ Linen change. Bed sheets and bath towels are changed on cleaning day with new and fresh. ✔ Early check-in and late check-out possible upon request and subject to availability. ✔Regarding the seventh guest there is a sofa bed on the bedroom two . Just mention that is ideal for children up to 13 year old not for adult .
