Big Stylish Family House for Exclusive use.

Large house featured in interiors magazines. Lots of room for a big family or 2. Huge kitchen diner which opens on to the garden and decking. Perched on a hill in Penmon it joins the coastal path and has views of the menai strait and snowdonia mountain range. Its very peaceful. The house comes with two lovely cats so you must be happy with cats! A large garden & loads of toys and books for young children. Not available much only when we go away -this is our loved home. The space The kitchen diner is the real wow of the house with loads of room for entertaining in a massive open space, with sofas and tables and bar stools at the kitchen. We can entertain 18 in here for Christmas! The doors open onto the decking and you can access a private huge garden with barbecues, the hammock and loads of grass for kids playing and swings. I'm an interior designer so the house is colourful with lots of gorgeous fabrics and wallpapers. There are two ample bathrooms both with baths and showers, one next to the master bedroom but separate so everyone can use it. There is a Superking bed in the master bedroom, a King-sized bed in the guest room, there is a single bed in each of the 2 childrens' bedroom's and a double sofa bed in the 5th bedroom downstairs. If you have less people staying this 5th downstairs bedroom can be a spare TV watching or games space. There is a downstairs loo and this is near to the 5th bedroom. The house is very quiet, and full of light with amazing views from every window. Its very peaceful. The garden is huge and has lots of socialising space with barbecues, a covered veranda. Next to the garden we have a paddock which has vegetable and flower raised beds, which you are welcome to help yourself to. We have 8 chickens in a coop so you can collect about 6 fresh eggs daily which kids love doing. Whilst staying the cleaners will come on a Wednesday to do a clean and there may be a gardener. Guest access Everywhere, we'll lock our walk in wardrobe up but everything else will be available. Other things to note This is very much our house and we only rent it out when we are on holiday so we leave it very tidy with all fresh sheets/towels etc but of course it is full of our stuff so this is for you if you like a (tidy!) home from home and are relaxed. It is not a professional hotel. It is clean but it is a huge house so it just won't be pristinely clean everywhere (ie in cupboards etc!)
