This room has it all including a 65 inch smart flat panel television, a family favorite air hockey table (pictures coming), or board games to keep you having fun while you’re enjoying the space. Guest access > Smart lock entry > Up to 5 vehicles can park in the driveway Other things to note Worth Mentioning > While the local country store is stocked with many items, you may wish to purchase groceries before heading up the mountain. > This home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival. > Linens and towels are provided. > We have a strict no party policy, the registered guest will need to be 21+, excessive use of the property/extra cleaning required/failure to follow checkout procedures will result in steep additional charges. Local quiet time is between 10pm-6am. > Guests will have access to park 5 in the driveway but no street parking is allowed (very strict!). > This rental does not have air-conditioning. Most cabins in the Duck Creek Area do not have AC. During the summer months it’s recommended to open the windows and use the provided floor fans and ceiling fans to cool the cabin. > Be sure to check local weather as snow chains may be required. > No snowmobiles or ATVs may enter or exit the property at the rear. They may enter and exit through the driveway only. Please respect our neighbors. Covid Prepared 1 – All of our vendors are diligently following all necessary CDC cleaning guidelines 2 – All high-touch surfaces are getting extra attention including disinfection 3 – All linen and terry, even if not used by the previous guest, is being washed onsite 4 – We’ve installed extra hand soap in all of our properties (as supplies allow) 5 – No one enters the property after our cleaning partners are finished 6 – We offer totally contactless arrival & departure
