Local quiet time is between 10pm-6am. > Guests will have access to park 5 in the driveway but no street parking is allowed (very strict!). > This rental does not have air-conditioning. Most cabins in the Duck Creek Area do not have AC. During the summer months it’s recommended to open the windows and use the provided floor fans and ceiling fans to cool the cabin. > Be sure to check local weather as snow chains may be required. > No snowmobiles or ATVs may enter or exit the property at the rear.
