It’s your home away from home in a quiet residential neighborhood The space Guests can use entire apartment and one closet in bedroom 1. Bedroom 2 closet is locked for owner. There is one queen bed and one sofabed in first bedroom. Second bedroom has one queen bed and living room has one sofabed. Kitchen has microwave, electric kettle to boil eggs, noodles, etc , keurig coffee, toaster. No stove. AC provided in warm months Guest access Only apartment Other things to note It’s an attic apartment however height is not a problem. When you come you will see a the red brick house and you will see 2 brown 🚪. The door to the left is your door. Come up 2 flights of stairs and there is key pad door. Early checkin as well as late checkout is possible if managed with a small fee. No blasting music or parties as this is a very quiet neighborhood. Extra visitors are charged whether staying over or visiting. No smoking inside the property. 1 bath towel per person and fresh linens for stays that are 4 days + upon request. No wash clothes Also sofa bed is provided only for 5th and 6th guest. Please Throw out garbage and wash dishes before you check out
