The space Step into this comfortable, single-level home via convenient keyless entry then claim your bedroom from your choice of three bedrooms! Discover Bedroom 1 with its king bed flanked by bedside tables with lamps. Wind down to sleep watching the 50” smart TV in the master. You’ll have lots of natural light, a ceiling fan, and you can store your belongings in the walk-in closet just off the attached master bathroom. You’ll love the convenience of the ensuite bathroom with double-sink vanity, shower, large bathtub and all bathroom essentials, including towels, toiletries, and hair dryer. Bedroom 2 offers a queen bed with bedside tables and lamps, along with a closet for storage and view of the backyard. It is right down the hall from the second bathroom. In Bedroom 3, you’ll find two full-sized beds with a table and lamp and closet for storage. Kids and kids-at-heart will enjoy Bedroom 3 with its two fulls. Once you’re settled in, head back to the living room and relax on comfy seating and sofa. Watch your favorite shows, movies, and sports on the 65” smart TV, accessing popular streaming channels using your own log-ins. Enjoy easy access to the private fully fenced backyard. Head outside to enjoy the patio with seating for six at the table.  Or relax on the outdoor sofa and enjoy a movie on our outdoor projector screen. Back home, prep and cook your best culinary creations in the fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, chef-preferred gas stove/oven, microwave, and dishwasher. You’ll find plenty of prep space on the countertops, along with all the cookware, bakeware, dish ware, flatware, glassware, serving-ware, and utensils you need to prepare and serve your favorite meals.   Grab your morning coffee standard coffeemaker. Dine at the dining table for 4 supplemented by barstool seating for 2 at the kitchen island or 4 at the breakfast table. Refresh and rejuvenate in the common full bathroom with tub/shower combo, and all bathroom essentials. You’ll love the convenience of the washer and dryer. To ensure it is returned to the closet in good, operable condition and stored properly when not in use, we require a $150 refundable payment for access to this amenity. We will provide you the closet code to access this for your enjoyment and refund this payment during the post check-out inspection as long as it is returned in good condition. +We are unable to accommodate early check in or late check out. Please plan your arrival and departure with this in mind. + Garage is locked and currently used for storage. + Owner may swing by during your stay for weekly lawn care + Sheets/Towels may be left in the dryer from cleaners.
