Private souterrain Apartment in green of Berlin

Our house is 600meter away from the Metro/S-Bahn station Birkenwerder. You can reach Berlin City Center within 25 minutes. The highways A10 and A111 are reachable within 5 minutes. It's a private apartment of 1 bedroom with 1 doublebed and a living room / kitchen combined with another sleeping couch for two. Its a semi-basement apartment with half of the walls below the surface so it's warm in winter and cool in summer. We have windows and daylight in each room. The space The apartment has 26sqm living space. We have 1 room with a double bed (max 2 person) and single bed (max 1 person). In the living room- kitchen we have a sleeping couch (max 2 person). Please let us know how you'd like to sleep so we can prepare your beds. We will provide you with blankets, sheets, towels, coffee, tee, soap, shampoo, etc... There is a fridge, stove, microwave, water kettle, pots, pans, plates, cutlery and everything you need to cook and to enjoy your stay here. There is a washing machine and a dishwasher. Guest access You have the entire apartment for yourselves and get the key to come and go at anytime. To get to the apartment you have to go down one flight of stairs (18 stairs). Access to the apartment is not handicapped accessible. It takes one flight of stairs (18 stairs) to come to the apartment. Other things to note Also Important: we live in the orange/pink house in the second row. The number is "8a" and not "8". (Ggle maps does not have the "A") . My neighbour is not amused when people ring his bell late at night:-) So, at the Orange house ring the doorbell ‘Piotr & Wanda’ when you arrive. My father will open for you and hand over the keys. In our house live other persons among other things also children. For this reason please kindly ask us to keep the night silence from 22:00 to 7:00. You can arrive early but the regular check-in time is at after 15:00. The reason behind this is that our previous guests have time until 11:00 to check-out. After that we need 2-3 hours to clean up the place and prepare everything for your arrival. If it suits you better you can come earlier, drop off your luggage and pickup the keys and come back when ever you want. Please let us know ahead of time if you intend on checking-in before 15:00 (2PM).
