New apartment in a quiet area. The apartment has one bedroom, a living room and a pleasant balcony. The apartment is equipped with everything you need: internet, TV, home theater system, central air conditioning, washing machine, coffee machine, large and cozy kitchen. Area Very quiet and close to commercial center and public transportation. Other things to note I live in the apartment on a daily basis. I only offer it when I am on vacation abroad. This means the apartment remains my belongings, but I will make sure you have enough space for your things.
