The main floor bedroom features a queen-sized bed, new Smart TV, USB charging station, and a private ensuite bathroom. For a spa like experience, consider soaking in the jetted tub just outside of the bathroom. The upstairs bedroom has a queen-sized real log bed, warm bedding, and a modern black vaulted ceiling for that cozy fall feeling. An ensuite bathroom adjoins this bedroom making it its own private suite. Unpack your suitcase and use the modern dresser, flip on your favorite show, and unwind. The lush greenery right outside the big bank of windows provides a peaceful setting during the day, and warm bedside lighting and the sound of rain on the metal roof helps you settle in at night. Note: Please use caution when walking down the stairs. There is a slight raise at the top that can cause a misstep. Socks on hardwood floors are not recommended. Head down to the basement to find the last (and most fun) part of the house. Right off the stairs is the last queen bedroom with a dresser, Smart TV, and warm rug for your feet. The last bedroom is perfect for any little ones in your group, with a twin-over-twin bunk bed & pack n' play for the munchkins. Sleepovers have never been so fun - especially if the parents let you watch a movie from bed on the new all mounted Smart TV! Cute animal pillows, extra warm blankets, and wood shutters ensure a good nights sleep. You'll find various board games and books to entertain the busiest of guests when they awake. ☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆ The home’s three separate bathrooms allow guests to take their time in the shower, or tub, without worrying about the whole group waiting on them. The first bathroom is a private ensuite to the main floor bedroom and features a stand-up shower, dual vanity, and a soaking tub for anyone in need of a little extra rest and relaxation. The second bathroom is also a private ensuite to the upstairs bedroom and features a stand-up shower and dual vanity. The last bathroom is in the basement and it boasts a jetted, soaking tub for some nice and quiet R&R. All bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and basic toiletries like body wash and shampoo for your convenience. ☆☆ KITCHEN & LOUNGE ☆☆ The open-concept common area makes it easy to hang out as a whole group no matter if you’re cooking, eating at the dining table or relaxing on one of the two sofas. The interior space is open, vaulted, functional, and cozy. The open floor plan makes it easy for whoever is cooking to be a part of what’s happening in the family room. The stainless steel cooking appliances, cookware, utensils, and cooking basics give you everything you need to cook delicious meals during your stay. Gather around the square dining table (seating for six) for breakfast, cocktails, family dinner, or simply to keep the designated chef of your group company. If you prefer to enjoy the territorial views and soak in the lovely Tennessee weather, take your meal to the outdoor dining table under the covered deck (with seating for six). If the sun is just rising, hit the coffee bar and enjoy it outside on the wood Adirondack chairs. Our starter supply of coffee pods, creamers and tea will meet your caffeine needs so you're prepped to get some work done at the private office desk upstairs. The family room is located just off the dining area and features a large Smart TV, two comfy couches, an extra bench, and a huge rock fireplace to keep you warm on even the coldest days. Feel free to enjoy Netflix on us or stream your favorite content straight from your own device. ☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆☆ We have 2 decks for you to enjoy – both with various hang out options. The main floor boasts a nice conversation set of two Adirondack chairs and end table. At the corner, we have a gas BBQ ready for you to grill up all your favorites. Keep going and you’ll find an outdoor dining table for everyone to come together. If you head downstairs to the basement and straight out the door, you’ll find a very private, large hot tub, with string light accents perfect for an end of day soak. Next to the hot tub are 4 oversized rocking chairs for others to relax while taking in the territorial views. ★☆ Book Today & Let Us Take Care Of You In Gatlinburg! ☆★ ☆☆ GUEST ACCESS ☆☆ Rest assured, our cabin is accessible year around. The roads are well maintained by our HOA in the winter so any vehicle should be able to access the cabin. Guests will have private access to the entire property, including the outside space and hot tub. The front door has a smart lock, making it easy to come and go as you please without worrying about a key. Please note that max occupancy for the home is up to 10; two of the beds are twins (bunk beds). We provide our guests with a starter supply of coffee pods, creamers, tea, dishwasher and laundry detergent and dryer sheets. In the bathrooms, shampoo and body wash are also provided. Need something for the little ones that you don't want to pack? A local baby rental company offers our guests a discount so you can travel easier and lighter! Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7. RV's and trailers are not permitted by our HOA in the resort. A rental agreement will be sent to you upon booking that must be signed. Access to the home will not be granted without a signed agreement. The entire single-family home is exclusively yours. We've gone to great lengths to make the check-in process simple and easy! Access is touchless and automated so guests can check in late with no worries! Our home is easily accessible by car. Parking is offered for up to 3 cars – RVs and trailers are not permitted in the resort. We are available to our guests as much or as little as needed. You call it! In a very short drive you can hit Gatlinburg Grind (best coffee!), Food City grocery (great staff, Starbucks inside), J.O.E. and Pops Sub Shoppe (killer classic sub – big enough to split - we're serious...they're HUGE), multiple trail heads, and a lot more. You'll be sure to find something for your whole group, or just you! Upon booking, you'll have access to our digital guestbook with a long list of restaurants, area activities, and things to do but we are also here to answer any questions you may have! Common Attractions: - Less than 3 miles to downtown Gatlinburg - 1.5 miles from the Arts and Crafts Trail Loop. Check it out!! Pretty incredible talent throughout! - 15 min to the Great Smoky National Park sign and entrance - 20 min to Pigeon Forge Guests are welcome to drive or use the FREE Gatlinburg Trolley system. The trolley provides residents and visitors a free, safe, reliable form of transportation on a consistent, daily basis. While it's fun to see bears, (and they are frequently roaming our deck), we do encourage our guests to leave the doors closed (and even lock your car doors), just in case. It's worth considering the same for your car doors because bears have been known to make their way into them...especially for delicious smelling things.
