The space El Oso Negro is a spacious home with two living areas (upstairs and downstairs) a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher handy. Upper level offers 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Large living and dining room for the whole family to gather around. Flat screen TV to enjoy your favorite movies, TV shows or live sports. Pullout sofa bed located in living room. Lower lever offers a large living room and a game room where you can shoot some pool, play darts, battle it out on the foosball table or play a board game with the family. Two bedrooms and a full bathroom are located downstairs along with a laundry room where towels and lines are professionally washed prior to your arrival. Pullout sofa bed located in living room. Enjoy the huge wrap around deck with gorgeous views of the Sierra Blanca mountains. Propane grills are available on the upper deck for your enjoyment. Guest access Plenty of parking for the whole family. Chains or 4wheel drive recommended for winter months when it may snow.
