Welcome to our apartment, located in the hamlet of Carroz, relax in this calm and elegant accommodation, enjoy the tranquility, admire the panoramic view of the village of Arêches, located 15 minutes' walk away, and the Hauteluce valley. Be dazzled by the sunset on the Roche Parstire The space The apartment, with an area of 28 m², is located on the ground floor of our chalet, access is independent, it is composed of: - a bedroom with 1 double bed, duvet and pillows, - an open or closed mountain corner, 2 bunk beds with duvets and pillows, - a sofa bed in the living room, sleeps 2 people, blanket and pillows, - a bathroom with walk-in shower, - separate toilet, - a living room/kitchen area with ceramic hob, dishwasher, small fridge, - a ski room with boot dryer, - a large terrace to relax, not overlooked. In winter your children will have plenty of room to make snowmen or go sledding next to the accommodation, and in summer you can relax in peace. - parking space. No pets allowed ▶CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE OF THE APARTMENT: Towels, sponges, cleaning products are available free of charge. Garbage bags, dishwashing and dishwasher products, as well as toilet paper, are not provided. ▶END-OF-STAY CLEANING IS NOT INCLUDED: Possibility to take it as a supplement payable at the handover of the keys: rates for 3 nights €30, + 3 nights = €40 Other things to note The apartment is rented for 4 people, or 5 if there are children under 10 years old. For babies, we provide a free umbrella bed adapted to the size of the room, with a foam mattress and fitted sheet. It is possible to put the folding crib in the cabin, removing the bottom bed. No pets allowed During the French school holidays, rentals are only for 7 nights from Saturday to Saturday
