Studio Guesthouse

Comfortable one bedroom detached studio with covered parking spot. The studio has a queen bed, mini-fridge, microwave, sink, and utensils. Keurig, w/ a variety of coffees and teas; smart TV with Paramount Plus and Peacock, WiFi; full bath w/hair dryer, towels & linens. NO SMOKING The space There are three dwellings on site. Me, being the homeowners and I have two Airbnb's. Guests are welcome to wonder through the garden area. The Studio backyard is a shared space but you are welcome to use any of the patio furniture. Guest access The studio is setup with a keyless entry. There are two entrances into the property. The far left entrance is for guest parking. There are three parking spots to choose from. Once parked you will go through two gates to get to the studio. There is a sign in the window that says Studio and the front door is just around the corner. Other things to note I do have a spot where you can store your bikes if you bring them. It's covered but it's outdoors so I recommend a lock. There is a paved bike trail just a few blocks from the house that goes around most of the Tucson area.
