Venture upstairs to find the two en-suite double bedrooms boasting king-sized Hypnos beds in each. Bedroom one’s spacious layout allows for a day-bed to be used as two additional single beds, if required. There’s also room for your four-legged family members, as the cottage is dog-friendly self-catering accommodation. We allow up to 2 well behaved dogs for an additional charge of £35 per dog per week. Guest access The garden, whole property and 2 private parking spaces, with a 7kW EO universal charging socket for electric vehicles are yours to enjoy. From April till October you can also benefit from the facilities at nearby Polmanter Touring Park, including a shop, indoor and outdoor children's play areas, an outdoor heated swimming pool (mid May - mid Sept only) and the Stable Bar and restaurant (opening days/times vary with the season). Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: There is a £150/week fee for the hot tub included in the price of the holiday (£120 for short breaks) to reflect the preparation time in sanitising and refilling the tub prior to arrival and daily checks. Should you not require this facility, please advise us at the time of booking, as this amount can be discounted from your balance. A £250 security deposit is payable to AirBNB before check-in.
