Located in a quiet and pleasant area, with a village atmosphere, the 30 m2 apartment includes a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a bathroom with bathtub and a large bay window overlooking a balcony. The apartment is on the 8th floor with elevator access. It overlooks the courtyard and the balcony enjoys a lovely view. It has a table and two chairs, perfect for breakfasts or lunches in the sun! The space The accommodation was refurbished a year and a half ago and consists of: - A double bed with an excellent Emma mattress, linen sheets and very comfortable pillows - A sofa - A table and 4 chairs for eating or working (I use it as a desk when I'm teleworking) - A video projector - A fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, 3 fast-cooking electric stovetops, toaster, scale, coffee maker...) - A fairly spacious bathroom with bathtub Please note that there is no Wi-Fi in this accommodation, but it is possible to share the connection of your smartphone, all operators being perfectly accessible from the apartment. Guest access All shops are in the immediate vicinity of the apartment: several bakeries, a pharmacy, a 24-hour grocery store, several supermarkets and organic stores, very nice bars and restaurants...
