You can reach Alexanderplatz in 7 minutes by tram (stop right outside the door). From there you can easily explore Berlin's sights. Prenzlauer Berg is well known for Kollwitzplatz, the Kulturbrauerei with theater, clubs and cinema. But the newly restored Jewish synagogue, the restored water tower and the unique architecture are also hallmarks of Prenzl'berg. Not to forget the special neighborhood culture with restaurants, pubs, the many small shops and the weekly markets. Berlin is exciting, with us you will find your Berlin home. Our apartment is about 45 m² and is intended for 1 to 4 people. The apartment has 2 rooms and is located on the 3rd floor in the side wing. 1. Room has two single beds (90 x 200), (90 x 200) 2 bedside tables, a wardrobe. In the 1st room there is a large sofa bed (160 x 200), and TV, Wi-Fi... The respective living areas are laid out with laminate. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, fridge, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, pots, dishes, as well as a table. The bathroom has a shower, hand sink, toilet, washing machine. It is tiled.
