This is a cozy one bedroom apartment with private entrance, private patio, private bathroom, full kitchen with amenities, living room with large television, Wi-Fi, Netflix on a Roku . Keyless entry upon arrival. Hot tub and fire pit in backyard. The space The owners live on the upper level. The apartment is completely private and not entered during your stay. The backyard is completely fenced for your four legged friends. Guest access The apartment is one complete level of the house. It has a private entrance which is located in the back of the house through a side gate. It is very private and secure. Located 2.8 miles from the Centennial Trail and easy access to shopping-restaurants and I-90. Freeway driving to Coeur d' Alene (20 miles) and easy access to downtown Spokane (12 miles). Roku TV (Netflix included) Free WiFi, Free parking, Blow Dryer, and access to the backyard hot tub. Other things to note We have a small dog named Max who is deaf. If that is going to be a problem for you, please let us know and we can keep him inside. He is harmless. We also have an outdoor cat named Abbie who is not social, scared of people and you probably will never see her.
