Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. This split-level townhouse has everything your need for San Diego beach-life living. It is very well located, against traffic for nearly all commutes, walking distance to shops/commercial and yet tucked away in a beautifully maintained complex filled with tropical flowers and friendly people. The space You will have the upstairs bedroom and upstairs bathroom to yourself except when I am in town which is about one night a week, I get in late and leave early so you won’t really see me. During your stay I am available to answer any questions or concerns and assist with maintenance issues that may arise. The HOA takes care of daily property maintenance and gardening. Thank
