Guests should take the train as far as KUTCHAN station, guests should NOT exit at the HIRAFU nor NISEKO stations. Guests need to transfer at Otaru station in order to board the final leg of their journey to KUTCHAN station. On arrival at KUTCHAN station, taxis are usually available near the front exit. Travel time from New Chitose International Airport to KUTCHAN Station: 3hrs Bus: There are buses from New Chitose International Airport to the Hirafu Welcome Centre: Travel time: 2-3hrs Private Transfer (strongly recommended): By far the most comfortable and relaxing way to start and end your holiday.
