Welcome to Charente-Maritime, in the Saintonge countryside! We offer TWO bedrooms with private bathroom, in our large house. Access to the garden and indoor pool in summer. On the program: relaxation by the fireplace in winter, in the garden or by the pool in summer. You can also enjoy a moment in the countryside to feed our dwarf goats. The space Our house is very large, with fully fenced garden and private pool. We have room for people! We want you to feel at home :) You will have your private entrance if you wish, via a bay window. I remind guests that what we offer is a private room and not an entire home. So everything in the kitchen, living room, dining table will be shared with us!!! And your bathroom will be on the living room level and not next to your bedroom!!! You will have 2 bedrooms at your disposal upstairs: - The 1st with a double bed, a single bed, a crib and a sofa bed. You have a sofa with coffee table so you can eat or have breakfast in the room. - The 2nd has a small double bed with a desk You will also have 1 bathroom with shower specially for Airbnb but it is not in your part of the accommodation, you will have to cross our living room And a toilet on the ground floor in your part of the house just for you. The kitchen and basic products (oil, spices, butter, coffee, tea...) are at your disposal. You'll also have a fridge to yourself with a small freezer. POSSIBILITY TO RENT A HOT TUB, whether for the evening or for the weekend all year round. price between 80 and 130 euro depending on the duration. The hot tubs are 4-seater. (it is one of my neighbors who offers spa rental whether outdoors or indoors in our big house). The "games room" is also open to guests with a pool table and foosball table to have a good relaxing time. We also have a multitude of board games at your disposal. In summer, you can enjoy the garden and the pool which is covered. You can have lunch by the pool if you wish. BEWARE OF MOSQUITOES IN SUMMER, MAKE YOUR ARRANGEMENTS!!! TAKE FANS ALSO FOR THOSE MOST SENSITIVE TO HEAT... In winter, USE HEATERS in moderation. Maximum temperature of 18/19°. Heating off as soon as you leave the accommodation. (this is due to new government restrictions) If abused, you may be asked for an extra fee... Guest access Quiet, the countryside in all its splendor! You have plenty of space to park several cars. Car essential for getting around. During your stay I am discreet if necessary but I love to interact with the different guests we will host! Other things to note For families, I am committed to offering you these two rooms at a lower cost. If you're traveling with two children, please let me know by message, I'll get back to you quickly and you can make the booking right away. The same goes for students :) If only one guest books the rooms, I reserve the right to book the other room next door for someone else. (this does not apply to couples).
