Relaxing clean modern room in one of Amsterdam's most up and coming residential neighbourhood - with amazing access to the historic city centre. Just 13 minutes from Amsterdam Centraal Station (8 min walk + 5 min free ferry), this special spot in Amsterdam Noord is the perfect place for travellers looking for a good night's sleep after a day full of adventure. If you're looking for peace and quiet (no party animals please) and with easy access to the city centre, this is the place for you! The space PRIVATE BEDROOM Clean, minimalistic, and modern, this private bedroom includes a rack for your clothes, a desk and chair, towels, a coffee/tea station, and a comfortable double bed for 1 or 2 people. The big window brings in loads of light, making this room feel super airy. SHARED BATHROOM This modern and spa-like bathroom is equipped with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash and is shared with the host. NOTE: NO ACCESS TO KITCHEN/LIVING ROOM There is no access to the kitchen or living room due to security and privacy reasons. However a coffee/tea station is provided in the room. There are many local supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants that I can suggest if you'd like to eat nearby. Guest access Guests have access to the private bedroom + shared access to the bathroom. NOTE: NO ACCESS TO KITCHEN OR LIVING ROOM. During your stay I work full-time and will be out of the apartment most of the time. But of course I'm always reachable by phone and am around during the evenings and weekends to provide any recommendations. Other things to note STAIRS: To access the apartment, you will need to walk up 3 flights of stairs. Large heavy suitcases are not recommended. NEIGHBOURS: Please note I live in a peaceful residential area. Neighbours include a mix of families and elderly so respect is of utmost importance.
