Sailloft -3 bed amazing view, pool, solar power

Breathe out and start your holiday - when you arrive at the Sailloft you will be greeted with lofty spaces and ocean views from high up the mountain. The stylish 3-bed house with a pool, free Wifi & garage is the perfect base to enjoy the South Peninsula from: All the beautiful nature including the place where the "Octopus teacher" was filmed is right at your doorstep: hiking kayaking snorkeling, at your fingertips! Please note: Current construction work on next door plot during working hours The space The house has a large open plan kitchen and lounge, a separate TV lounge, outside furniture for BBQs on the verandah. One bedroom with a queen bed is at the level of the lounge and kitchen while two other bedrooms are accessed by going down a small flight of stairs. One of the bottom bedrooms have the view of the pool, the other two bedrooms have a window to the garden wall. Please note that there is one bathroom only with a shower. We also do offer an additional warm outside shower. The kitchen is well equipped with all amenities. Please also note that the driveway is very steep. It can be managed by all cars but it is a bit nerve wrecking the first time. Please note that there is a pool and garden service coming on a Thursday morning The house has been set up with a solar system shielding you from most effects of loadshedding. All the lights and plugs are working, the only appliances that are not working are the oven but its relatively easy to plan around as the times of loadsehdding are announced in advance in an app called "eskomsepush" Guest access There is a parking space in the garage on top of the driveway there is also parking on the road at the bottom of the driveway. South Africa in general and this area particularly is best accessed by car. Uber taxis are available but there may be times when it is not easy to get one. Shops are ten minutes drive and restaurants five.
